We arrived at our accommodation in Rome and were greeted by Luca, who was already waiting for us. He provided us with a wealth of information about restaurants, sights, and public transport, which was extremely helpful. During our stay, I unfortunately had an accident with a Vespa while crossing the road. We immediately called Luca for assistance, and he went above and beyond to help us resolve the situation. He spoke to the driver and provided us with important legal information. Without Luca's support, it would have been much more challenging to navigate the aftermath. Additionally, on the day of our departure, Luca kindly offered to store our baggage so that we could enjoy our last day in Rome without the burden of carrying our suitcases. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The location of the accommodation was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the Vatican and close to the metro and bus station. The apartment was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It had a well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom provided small bottles of shampoo. The owner, Luca, was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information and organizing a taxi transfer for us.
